Our packages are firm and boxes tight. We wrap, pack and ship with strength.

All undamaged or unused products may be returned to Grodeck's within the fourteen-day return policy date. All undamaged or unused products returned to Grodeck's based on preference will incur a restocking fee. If you choose to send an item back, please, ensure that you package it, in the same manner, it was received. We urge all customers to purchase shipping insurance. Any (returned by choice) damaged item without insurance will not receive a refund. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping fees back to Grodecks.
All unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.
NO EXCEPTIONS

In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged product must be reported within 30 hours of the delivery date. You must contact Grodeck's by calling 630-541-8011 or by email at info@www.grodecks.com. Take photos of the broken or damaged item(s) and email info@www.grodecks.com. Grodeck’s will promptly send you an RMA number with a fresh shipping label. Repackage the item (if broken glass) to the best of your ability and send it to Grodeck Distributors, Inc. Only manufacturer defects or damaged products during the shipping process will be authorized for full credit.

Grodeck Distributors, Inc does not offer to ship to third parties. Grodeck Distributors, Inc only ships our products to those who have purchased a specific product and agreed to Grodeck’s specific terms and conditions. Therefore, we will only ship to the credit card holder's name.
