Returns & Satisfaction

During the pandemic, we continued to ship the same day. Each order will be shipped daily if placed by 2 pm Monday through Friday.

We wrap, pack and box with strength. We take pride in our shipping process and the quality in which it leaves our warehouse. Our packages are firm and boxes tight.

We accept returns on all NEW and UNUSED items only. Please do not attempt to return a used item.

After you receive your order, you will receive an email form a third party source asking you to rate your overall shopping satisfaction.  We encourage all customers to share feedback and review your shopping experience. 

We are always open to any feedback that any customer may have for us.  Suggestions are always welcomed and encouraged.

First, ground joints are used in a set: the male inner piece with a conical end and a female piece ground on the inside to the corresponding dimensions of the male piece. All measurements are in millimeters, so get a ruler that reads in those measurements. You will also need a pipe cleaner or new pencil. Measure the inside diameter of the FEMALE piece and write that measurement down, this is your downstem size. Now slide the pipe cleaner or pencil into the same hole and mark the depth. Now measure that and subtract the length of the ground joint (about one inch). What remains is your downstem length.

Seriously? If you are asking this, then you probably shouldn't have one. But you can also Google it, if you can't figure out how to use it from the web, give us a call and we'll try to walk you through it.

All undamaged or unused products may be returned to Grodeck's within the fourteen-day return policy date. All undamaged or unused products returned to Grodeck's based on preference will incur a restocking fee. If you choose to send an item back, please, ensure that you package it, in the same manner, it was received. We urge all customers to purchase shipping insurance. Any (returned by choice) damaged item without insurance will not receive a refund. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping fees back to Grodecks.  All unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.

In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged product that must be reported within 30 hours of the delivery date. You must contact Grodeck's by calling 630-541-8011 or by email at info@grodecks.com. Take photos of the broken or damaged item(s) and email info@grodecks.com. We will promptly send you an RMA number with a fresh shipping label. Repackage the item (if broken glass) to the best of your ability and send it to Grodeck Distributors, Inc. Only manufacturer defects or damaged products during the shipping process will be authorized for full credit.  All unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.

Sezzle is a payment option (zero impact to your credit score) that lets you buy anything you want at a participating retailer, and pay for it in small, interest-free installment plans. The total cost of your purchase is broken into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. Shop now and pay later with zero interest.  

We accept all major credit cards.  Visa, Master, Discover, American Express.  We do not accept any cryptocurrency.  

The name that will appear on your credit card statement will read Grodeck Distributors Inc.  

We do accept checks and money orders.  Old School, we love it.

 Free shipping on all orders inside the continental US. 

Average delivery time for free shipping is three days, but depending on your location may take up to six business days.  Faster shipping methods are available for purchase, as well as international shipping.

All orders will be shipped by brown boxe(s) or white bubble wrap envelopes. The box or white envelope box will display GDI / Grodeck Distributors Inc. on the shipping label only. 

You must be 21 to order.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We reserve the right to require a signature on any order at our discretion due to security as well as age concerns. Grodeck’s takes fraud and most especially underage ordering attempts very seriously, and are obligated to report all credit card fraud.

Orders placed before 2pm CST are shipped the same day. All orders are shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise stated on the product page.

You can see the status of your order on your account page. You must have a shop account to view the status of your orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. 

100% of all orders will receive a USPS, UPS, FedX, or DHL tracking number at time of shipping.
